I am happy to announce that I am opening my clinic at the beginning of September.
I shall be working 4 days a week, by appointment only.
Through my personal experience being healed is an on going process. We need to be aware and understand the DIS-EASE we feel. Sometimes we need to stay with it, becomes friends with it and accept it in order to move on. Sometimes it needs to be removed so that during our life here,we are able to be in the best condition we can, so as to experience Life to its fullest.
The methods I use are SAT NAM RASAYAN (SNR) as taught byYogi Bhajan . Guru Dev who is based in Assisi Italy was chosen as the Teacher to carry on the Teachings and today he travels the world teaching and healing. SNR is not a medical science. It is a meditative state of consciousness, a yogic technology, which can have benefits, even if it is solely to relax a person.
Yogi Bhajan has called SNR “ultrarelaxation”. It has been shown thorugh medical research that relaxation lowers blood pressure, reduces anxiety and stimulates immune cells and their function. In SNR we make no claims as to its efficacy in treating any particular disease or condition. People often seek SNR help for physical, mental and emotional issues.
I also practise a De-stressing massage which helps in releasing deep tension for those who just do not know how to relax.
Yogi Bhajan spoke of the problems that we experience today due to the overload of information that is at times too much to bear. As we move into the Age of Aquarius, we are experiencing many conditions that are due to feelings of emptiness, desperation and pain.
I pray that I shall be able to serve and pass on the gifts that I have received through LOVE .
What is a healer?
A healer is someone that facilitates healing in another. No one heals anyone else. The ‘healer” does not do the healing. Nature does the healing. The mind- body-spirit has a natural , self healing capacity, the “healer simply plays the role of a catalyst” or channel to allow the healing process to take place.
What is healing and why is it necessary
Healing is a spontaneous event that can happen anytime and in any place. It comes through a kind of grace. It may happen in or out of a healing session. A kind gesture, word or smile from a loved one or a stranger, the breeze through the trees or a moment when we feel the first light of day fill our being or the beauty of a flower. It can come through a dream or while we pat our pet. When we are reminded of our connection and experience our wholeness in this moment ,our physical, mental ,emotional and life force are in balance together with our Soul.
Healing is the natural way in which imbalances are rectified and our body as a reflection or expression of our Soul, is healed.
As we are not always able to heal ourselves we need the help of others. Drugs may help in themselves in the short term but healing happens seperately and the patient can take responsibility of their lives by understanding the process in order to help heal themselves back to health.
“Healing can happen on many different levels. Sometimes our healing is not what we expect. It may be that a physical problem heals, but it may also stay awhile to teach us something. Sometimes a health challenge is a doorway to a deeper healing, a cry from deep within for attention to some part of us that has been unloved and feels separated from the Whole.“Regardless of whether our focus in healing is on the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level, all levels are invariably touched by the process, and none can be separated out from the rest.” — Mary Maddux
I would like to share the most significant lesson I learnt from Noga, an holistic Doctor who I come to for help for many years now. She told me “No matter how alone, abandoned, lost, inadequate, unfulfilled, unhappy or even depressed, you feel, YOU are NOT ALONE”
She made me understand that the first step in healing oneself is to ask for help.
Being in this state of humility allows many wonderful things to happen.
The work we were meant to do is to be as close to who we really are, a free spirit full of love and grace.
This is the commitment.
